|---|---|---|
| Snapmare | The attacker puts on a cravate hold and flips the opponent forward onto their back. | |
| Arm drag | The attacker kneels to the left of the opponent, hooks their right elbow to the opponent's right elbow, and flips the opponent forward onto their back. | |
| Arm wringer | The attacker grabs the opponent's arm and spins to rotate it toward the head. (I.e. if the opponent's head is to your left, rotate the arm counterclockwise.) | |
| Atomic drop | With the opponent facing away, the attacker tucks their head under the opponent's left shoulder, lifts them in the air, and kneels. The opponent's tailbone lands on the attacker's knee. | |
| Inverted atomic drop (Manhattan drop) |
With the opponent facing toward, the attacker tucks their head under the opponent's right shoulder, lifts them in the air, and kneels. The opponent's groin lands on the attacker's knee. | |
| Backbreaker | With the opponent facing toward, the attacker picks them up in a side lift, then drops the opponent's back on their knee while kneeling. | |
| Back body drop | With the opponent running toward, the attacker lowers their head, then flips the opponent overhead and onto their back. | |
| Bulldog | With the opponent bowing away, the attacker grabs a headlock, then runs forward and lands in a seated position. The opponent's face is driven into the mat. | |
| Catapult / Slingshot | With the opponent face up on the mat, the attacker grabs their legs, underhooks their calves, and falls backwards. The attacker's knees act as a fulcrum and the opponent is thrown overhead. | |
| Chokeslam | With the opponent facing forward, the attacker grabs their throat (upper chest), lifts them into the air (with the opponent posting on the arm), and slams them back-first to the mat. (Don't actually use the choking hand to lift!) | |
| DDT | With the opponent in a front facelock, the attacker falls backwards, driving the opponent's head into the mat. | |
| Electric chair drop | With the opponent seated on the attacker's shoulders facing forward, the attacker falls backwards, sending the opponent back-first to the mat. | |
| Codebreaker / Lungblower | With the opponent facing forward, the attacker grabs their head and falls backwards, sending the opponent into the attacker's knees. (A codebreaker targets the opponent's face while a lungblower targets the opponent's chest.) | |
| Codebreaker / Lungblower | With the opponent facing forward, the attacker grabs their head and falls backwards, sending the opponent into the attacker's knees. (A codebreaker targets the opponent's face while a lungblower targets the opponent's chest.) | |
| Airplane spin | With the opponent facing toward, the attacker picks them up into a fireman's carry and spins around rapidly. The goal is to dizzy the opponent (and often the attacker). | |
| Fireman's carry takeover / Attitude Adjustment | With the opponent facing toward, the attacker picks them up into a fireman's carry, then flips them over onto their back. | |
| Olympic slam / Angle Slam | With the opponent facing toward, the attacker picks them up onto their shoulders then falls back to the mat in one motion, driving the opponent's back to the mat. | |
| Samoan drop | With the opponent facing toward, the attacker picks them up into a fireman's carry, then falls back to the mat, driving the opponent's back to the mat. | |
| Flapjack | With the opponent running toward, the attacker lifts them up by the leg(s), then falls back to the mat, driving the opponent's face to the mat from an elevated position. | |
| Giant swing | With the opponent on the mat legs toward the attacker, the attacker captures the legs and spins around quickly. The momentum lifts the opponent off the ground as they spin. | |
| Gorilla press drop/slam | The attacker lifts the opponent overhead (face down), fully extends their arms, then either drops the opponent to the mat on their face (gorilla press drop) or slams them onto their back (gorilla press slam). |
